Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  • Ability to travel between offices to support multiple branches
  • A strong interest in personal growth and development.
  • MVD issuing experience, Restricted Auto License or CAIB 1 Broker License would be an asset, however access to all required education to receive licensing will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing inbound calls, mail, and email
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Primary servicer for Motor Vehicle licensing
  • Assisting personal lines insurance advisors with servicing their block of business
  • Maintain accurate record on the Broker Management System
  • Supply ordering and bank deposits
  • Write Auto insurance policies
