- A CAIB 1 Broker License is a must for this role
- The drive for success and to grow a book of personal lines business.
- A demonstrated focus on customer care, with an ability to listen and understand a client’s concerns in order to find them a suitable solution.

- Strong demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate potential issues and be proactive in presenting solutions.

- The ability and desire to coach and mentor more junior team members

- Manage a block of auto, home and farm business
- Assist Senior Advisors in servicing their block of business
- Motor license issuing
- Face to face client interactions
