What will make you successful in this role?

  • A CAIB 1 Broker License is a must for this role
  • The drive for success and to grow a book of personal lines business.
  • A demonstrated focus on customer care, with an ability to listen and understand a client’s concerns in order to find them a suitable solution.
  • The ability to be successful in a very busy environment.
  • Strong demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate potential issues and be proactive in presenting solutions.
  • Strong demonstrated communication skills, oral and written.
  • An ability to work well with many different personalities in a kind and respectful manner.
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as independently and to take accountability for the tasks that you do.
  • The ability and desire to coach and mentor more junior team members
  • A strong interest in personal growth and development.

Duties include?

  • Manage a block of auto, home and farm business
  • Assist Senior Advisors in servicing their block of business
  • Motor license issuing
  • Face to face client interactions
