• A minimum of CAIB 1 Broker License and MVD Issuer are a must for this role as well as the drive for success and to grow a book of personal lines business.
• A demonstrated focus on customer care, with an ability to listen and understand a client’s concerns to help find them a suitable solution.
• Strong demonstrated communication skills, oral and written.
• An ability to work well with many different personalities in a kind and respectful manner.
• The ability to work well in a team as well as independently and to take accountability for the tasks that you do.
